VALPES Electric Actuator with Bluetooth / AXMART

The VALPES Bluetooth module enables local parameterization, status monitoring, and functional testing of electric actuators via the AXMART v3 app (Android/iOS). Applicable for actuators rated from 10 to 2400 Nm, depending on series and control configuration.

Parameterization Functions

AXMART allows real-time adjustment of actuator parameters, execution of functional tests, and access to operation logs. For BBPR GS6 variants, safety position is configurable. POSI versions support setpoint, feedback, and electrical logic configuration.

Installation Context

Wireless access is practical for actuators installed in pits, above ceilings, at height, or in locations with restricted physical access. Bluetooth does not replace requirements for correct wiring, torque selection, IP rating, or mechanical interface per ISO 5211 or ISO 5210, as applicable.

Operation Scheduling

The integrated timer supports up to 20 operations per week without PLC commands, suitable for simple periodic movements where autonomous local sequencing is permitted and continuous central supervision is not required.

Applications

Typical uses: water and air valves, HVAC, marine piping, auxiliary industrial circuits, and scenarios requiring expedited commissioning or maintenance. Media compatibility is determined by the valve; Bluetooth is limited to actuator function access.

Servicing an installation with actuators equipped with the Bluetooth® communication module becomes an easy task. It only requires a few seconds to achieve and validate function tests using your tablet or smartphone once the Valpes Application AXMART® has been downloaded. Maintenance operations will be much easier as you can read operation records from actuators. This is a good way to save time while minimizing risks.

CONNECT & CONTROL

The Valpes Bluetooth® communication module offers a secured connection. It enables the communication with any actuator, whether visible or not and even when concealed (actuators located under floor, in a pit, above ceiling, at height). In all situations, this interface is perfect as a local control device.

WEEKLY PROGRAMMING

The actuator becomes autonomous with the integrated timer, which allows a scheduling of twenty operations a week. Simple and cost effective! Neither programmable logic controller (PLC) - electric cabinet nor control operator is required.
