ARI-ZETRIX® 018 Triple Offset Butterfly Valve

The ARI-ZETRIX® 018 is a fully lugged / threaded flanged triple offset butterfly valve with metal sealing. The threaded hole connection allows for lug-type mechanical retention, suitable for industrial lines requiring robust flanged installation and the ability to isolate network sections.

Sealing and Temperature

The ZETRIX 018 employs a metal seat Stellite® 21 and a lamellar sealing ring made of graphite / 1.4462. The sealing temperature range is -60 to +400 °C. This design is intended for steam, hot water, thermal oils, industrial gases, and processes where elastomeric seats are insufficient.

Operating Limits

The maximum differential pressure corresponds to the valve's nominal pressure. Final selection should be verified based on pressure-temperature rating, body material, medium temperature, and pressure direction.

Actuation

Available with gearbox, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuator. Actuator sizing requires Δp, temperature, cycle frequency, available air pressure, and required fail position.

Difference from ZETRIX 016 / 019

The 016 is double flanged, the 018 is fully lugged / threaded flanged, and the 019 features butt weld ends.
