VALPES VT PLUS Electric Quarter-Turn Actuator

The VALPES VT PLUS is an electric quarter-turn actuator designed for high-torque butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves. The series covers a torque range of 400–2400 Nm, with standard rotation of 90° and optional 180° or 270° for 400, 600, and 1000 Nm models.

Mechanical Interface & Protection

Valve mounting per ISO 5211: F10/F12 for 400–1000 Nm, F12/F14/F16 for 1500–2400 Nm. Features include manual override, visual position indicator, anti-condensation heater, electronic torque limiter, RS485, two adjustable position switches, and fault relay.

Control Options

Available options: BBPR (spring return on power loss), POSI (analog control 4–20 mA or 0–10 V), 3 positions, POSI-BBPR, 3-position-BBPR, Modbus-RTU, integrated AXMART Bluetooth.

Applications

Suitable for large water valves, seawater, HVAC, cooling water, air, auxiliary gases, and industrial isolation networks. Media compatibility is determined by the valve; actuator selection is based on torque, 90° time, duty cycle, voltage, IP rating, and feedback requirements.

When multivoltage supply, integrated AXMART, RS485, or extended control options are required.

DESCRIPTION

Electric actuator, aluminium housing with manual override by hand wheel, for torques from 400 to 2400Nm and in accordance with CE-ROHS-REACH Directives. VT PLUS models include AXMART® Bluetooth®functionality.
