VALPES MT Multi-Turn Electric Actuator

The VALPES MT is a multi-turn electric actuator designed for linear valves (e.g., gate, globe) or for driving gearboxes. Selection is based on torque, number of spindle turns, travel time, and connection interface, not as a simple quarter-turn actuator.

Power Supply and Control

Available with 100–240 V AC 50/60 Hz / 100–300 V DC or 24–48 V AC / 24–72 V DC. Brushless motor, rated at 300 W. Electronic torque limiter included. Cable entry via 3 x ISO M20 and multipin connector.

Automation Functions

Supports on-off, 3-point, pulse control, POSI 0–10 V or 4–20 mA, Bluetooth AXMART, Modbus-RTU, and BBPR for preset position on power loss. Position feedback (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) available on terminals 9–10–11.

Mechanical Connection

Output forms A, B1, B3, C for rising stem, keyed bore, or shaft with tenons. Manual override without declutch, position indicator, anti-condensation heater, and 2 (optionally 4) feedback switches.

Applications

Suitable for gate valves, globe valves, linear control valves, gearboxes, and industrial assemblies requiring multiple spindle turns. Media compatibility is determined by the valve; actuator selection is based on mechanical load and control logic.
