Electric Linear Actuator ARI-PREMIO-Plus 2G

The ARI-PREMIO-Plus 2G is an electric thrust actuator designed for linear control valves. It is used for regulating flow, pressure, or temperature via 3-point, 0–10 V, or 4–20 mA signals. Features include a BLDC motor, automatic valve stroke adaptation, and non-contact position detection.

• 2.2 / 5 kN: Stroke up to 50 mm; selectable speeds 0.25 / 0.38 / 0.47 / 1.0 mm/s.
• 12 / 15 / 25 kN: Stroke up to 65 mm; speeds 0.20 / 0.31 / 0.38 / 0.79 mm/s.
• Power supply: 24 V AC/DC; 100–240 V AC available via switching power supply.
• Duty cycle: S3-80% ED per EN 60034-1, up to 1200 cycles/h at +70 °C.

Control and Feedback

Signal failure response configurable as OPEN, STOP, or CLOSE. Analog input resolution: 12 bit (500 kΩ for 0–10 V, 125 Ω for 4–20 mA). Options: relay board for intermediate/fault positions, analog output card (4–20 mA or 0–10 V), potentiometers, LED status, Bluetooth, Profibus DP, Modbus RTU, and dTRON 316 process controller.

Installation and Environment

Enclosure: IP65 per EN 60529. Ambient temperature: -20 to +70 °C (up to +60 °C for UL/CSA versions). For outdoor use at subzero temperatures, a heater is available. Electrical safety: DIN EN 61010-1, overvoltage category II, pollution degree 2.

Applied to steam, superheated water, condensate, glycol, thermal oil, and HVAC circuits. Media compatibility is determined by the valve; actuator selection is based on seating force, stroke, control signal, and feedback requirements.
