3-Way Ball Valve 4G Ghidini 3630, T-Port, 3 Seats

The 3630 is a stainless steel 3-way ball valve with a T-port ball, 3-seat configuration, and ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 top flange for actuator mounting. Designed for flow selection or distribution between three lines, depending on ball position. Not intended for continuous proportional flow control.

Construction

  • Flow path: full bore.
  • Materials: AISI 304L / 1.4307 or AISI 316L / 1.4404.
  • Ball seats: Modified Virgin PTFE.
  • End gaskets: NBR.
  • Stem sealing: PTFE with FKM O-ring.
  • External finish: polished.
  • Operating temperature: -20°C to +170°C.

Connections & Pressure Ratings

Available with ISO 228-1, DIN 11851, SMS, clamp, Garolla, Victaulic, butt-weld, and flanged ends. The ISO 228 F/F/F version covers 2 1/2” to 4”. Pressure classes: PN16 for 2 1/2” and 3”, PN10 for 4”.

Automation

The 3630 is specified for pneumatic or electric actuator operation. Flange interfaces F07 or F10 and indicative torques 60, 75, 110 Nm by size. For automation, confirm T-port flow plan, rotation direction, and limit switch mapping.

Seat Options

Available: PTFE with glass (up to +170°C), PTFE with graphite (+180°C), PTFE with stainless (+200°C), UHMW polyethylene (+80°C). On request: antistatic ATEX II 2G / II 2D, compliance M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004.

Applications

Used in manifolds, skids, CIP auxiliary lines, tank selection, process water, and clean chemical solutions compatible with 316L / PTFE / FKM / NBR. For T-port use, hydraulic logic must be defined prior to ordering.
