3-Way Ball Valve 4G Ghidini 3601, T-Port, 3 Seats

The 3601 is a stainless steel three-way ball valve with a T-port ball and 3-seat configuration. Designed for distribution, selection, or interconnection of three process lines, depending on ball position. Not intended for throttling or continuous operation in intermediate positions.

Construction

  • Handle: stainless steel lever.
  • Flow: full bore.
  • Materials: AISI 304L / 1.4307 or AISI 316L / 1.4404.
  • Ball seats: Modified Virgin PTFE.
  • End gaskets: NBR.
  • Stem sealing: PTFE with FKM O-ring.
  • External finish: polished.

Connections and Dimensions

3601 series covers large bores from 2 1/2” to 4” or DN65–DN100, depending on connection type. Available with ISO 228-1, DIN 11851, SMS, clamp, Garolla, Victaulic, butt-weld, and union flanged ends.

For ISO 228 F/F/F versions, pressure ratings are PN16 for 2 1/2” and 3”, PN10 for 4”. DIN 11851 versions: PN16 for DN65–DN80, PN10 for DN100 or DN125 reduced.

Temperature and Seat Options

Standard Modified Virgin PTFE seats operate from -20°C to +170°C. Alternatives: glass-filled PTFE to +170°C, graphite-filled PTFE to +180°C, stainless-filled PTFE to +200°C, UHMW polyethylene to +80°C.

Applications

Suitable for manifolds, skids, auxiliary CIP circuits, tank selection lines, process water, and clean chemical solutions compatible with 316L / PTFE / FKM / NBR. For T-port use, verify flow plan prior to installation.

Certifications

On request: antistatic execution ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db and compliance with M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004.
