3-Way Ball Valve 4G Ghidini 3701, L-Port, 3 Seals

The 3701 is a stainless steel three-way ball valve with L-port bore and 3-seat configuration, designed for flow diversion between two lines. Intended for route selection, not for mixing or proportional flow control. This series is primarily used for larger sizes, from 2 1/2” to 4” or DN65–DN100, depending on connection type.

Construction and Materials

• Body, ball, ends, stem: AISI 304L / 1.4307 or AISI 316L / 1.4404.
• Ball seats: Modified Virgin PTFE.
• End gaskets: NBR.
• Stem sealing: PTFE with FKM O-ring.
• Operation: stainless steel lever.
• External finish: polished.

Connections and Pressure Ratings

Available with ISO 228 F/F/F, DIN 11851, clamp, Garolla, Victaulic, butt-weld, and flanged union ends. For ISO 228, 2 1/2” and 3” sizes are PN16, 4” is PN10. For DIN 11851, DN65 and DN80 are PN16, DN100 and DN125 reduced are PN10.

Temperature and Seat Options

Standard Modified Virgin PTFE seats operate from -20°C to +170°C. Alternative seat materials: glass-filled PTFE to +170°C, carbon-filled PTFE to +180°C, stainless-filled PTFE to +200°C, UHMW polyethylene to +80°C.

Applications

Suitable for manifolds, skids, feed or return selection lines, auxiliary process water networks, clean chemical solutions, and food/beverage applications requiring M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 documentation. Antistatic version available for hazardous zones: ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db.

No. It is intended for on/off flow diversion with defined handle positions.
