Ghidini 353001 3-Way Ball Valve 4G, L-Port Diverting, Stainless Steel

The 353001 is a stainless steel three-way ball valve, diverting type, with L-port bore and ISO 228 F/F/F threaded connections. It is designed for flow selection—one flow path open at a time, typically diverting from a common line to one of two branches. Not intended for mixing or proportional throttling.

Construction and Sealing

  • Body, ball, ends, stem: AISI 316L / 1.4404
  • Bore: full bore
  • Ball seats: 2 Modified Virgin PTFE
  • End gaskets: PTFE
  • Stem sealing: PTFE and FKM O-ring
  • External finish: polished
  • Sizes: 1/4” to 4”

Pressure, Temperature, Automation

Standard temperature range: -20°C to +170°C. Pressure rating by size: PN40 up to 1”, PN25 for 1 1/4”–2 1/2”, PN16 for 3”–4”. Top flange ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 for direct mounting of pneumatic or electric actuators. Required operating torques: 5–80 Nm depending on size.

Seat Material Options

  • PTFE with glass: -20°C to +170°C
  • PTFE with carbon: -20°C to +180°C
  • PTFE with stainless filler: -20°C to +200°C
  • UHMW polyethylene: -20°C to +80°C

Applications

Used in skids, manifolds, auxiliary process water, air, clean chemical solutions, and feed/return selection lines. For automated circuits, verify L-port orientation, differential pressure during switching, and compatibility of AISI 316L / PTFE / FKM with process media.
