Three-piece stainless steel ball valve in ASTM A351 CF8M, used on threaded or welded DIN piping where isolation, maintainability and material compatibility are required.

Variant selection

Three-piece construction

The centre body can be removed for inspection, seat replacement or seal maintenance without cutting or dismantling the pipe ends. This design is useful where welded end connections are specified but internal soft parts must remain serviceable.

Suitable media and operating context

Applicable to water, compressed air, neutral gases, plant utilities and chemical liquids compatible with CF8M stainless steel, PTFE seats and FKM elastomers. For steam, solvents, oxidising chemicals or cyclic temperature service, seat load, elastomer compatibility and allowable pressure at temperature must be checked.
