Two-way ball valve for aseptic process lines according to DIN 11864-3, with male connection BKS Form A. Variant 103069 differs from 100169 by providing a shaft for actuator mounting with ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 flange, enabling both manual and automated on/off operation.

Sealing and Media

Standard PTFE sealing is compatible with process water, food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical fluids, and CIP/SIP cycles, provided chemical compatibility with 316L and PTFE. Alternative seats available: PTFE glass, PTFE carbographite, PTFE inox (up to +200°C), UHMW-PE (up to +80°C).
