Aseptic Spherical Ball Valve 4G Ghidini 100169

Two-way ball valve for aseptic process lines, featuring male BKS Form A connection according to DIN 11864-3 Series A/B/C. Model 100169 is specified for lines where the mating connection is NKS/CNKS and a detachable aseptic joint with controlled gasket compression is required.

Pipe Series Connections

  • Series A: for pipe DIN 11866-A / DIN 11850 Series 2
  • Series B: for pipe DIN 11866-B / ISO 1127
  • Series C: for pipe DIN 11866-C / ASTM A-270

Series selection must be based on actual piping, not only DN, as pipe dimensions and aseptic connection geometry differ between standards.

Sealing and Compatibility

Alternatives: PTFE with glass (up to +170°C), PTFE with carbographite (up to +180°C), PTFE with stainless steel (up to +200°C), UHMW polyethylene (up to +80°C).

Certification Options

On request: antistatic ATEX arrangement II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb and II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db, as well as M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 compliance for food contact.
