Aseptic Spherical Ball Valve 4G Ghidini 103067

Two-way ball valve for aseptic process lines according to DIN 11864-3, with female NKS Form A connection. Series 103067 is designed for installations requiring automation capability, as the stem is equipped with an ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 flange for pneumatic or electric actuator mounting.

Series selection must be based on actual pipe dimensions and aseptic connection geometry, not only nominal diameter.

Sealing and Media

Standard PTFE sealing is suitable for process water, food, beverages, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical fluids compatible with 316L/PTFE. For specific conditions, seats in PTFE with glass, carbographite, stainless steel up to +200°C, and UHMW polyethylene up to +80°C are available.
