The Clorius G1FBN is a flanged two-way control valve, single-seated, with a body made of spheroidal graphite iron EN-GJS-400-15 and PN25. It is designed for hot water, steam, and thermal oil in industrial processes, district heating, central heating systems, and marine installations.
DN15: Kvs 4 m³/h, 7.5 mm.
DN20: Kvs 6.3 m³/h, 7.5 mm.
DN25: Kvs 10 m³/h, 9 mm.
DN32: Kvs 16 m³/h, 10 mm.
DN40: Kvs 25 m³/h, 11 mm.
DN50: Kvs 35 m³/h, 11.5 mm.
DN65: Kvs 58 m³/h, 14.5 mm.
DN80: Kvs 80 m³/h, 16 mm.
The G1FBN is selected when differential pressure requires greater closing force than a simple single-seated valve can provide, while double-seated valve leakage is unacceptable. Suitable for thermal load regulation in heat exchangers, heating networks, steam installations, and thermal oil circuits.
Without an actuator, the valve remains open via a spring. It closes with force on the stem. Compatible with Clorius thermostats, differential pressure controllers, pneumatic or electric actuators. In temperature rise, the typical setup closes the valve; in cooling circuits, a reverse-acting electric actuator is required.
Install with vertical or horizontal stem. Up to 170°C, the thermostat or actuator can be mounted above or below the valve. Above 170°C, a cooling unit for the thermostat or a high-temperature adapter for the electric actuator is required.
