The Clorius H1FBN is a flanged, single-seated, pressure-balanced control valve with a cast steel GP240GH / GS-C25 body. It is used for hot water, steam, and thermal oil applications where differential pressure requires greater closing force than a simple single-seated valve can provide.
DN15: Kvs 4 m³/h, stroke 7.5 mm.
DN20: Kvs 6.3 m³/h, stroke 7.5 mm.
DN25: Kvs 10 m³/h, stroke 9 mm.
DN32: Kvs 16 m³/h, stroke 10 mm.
DN40: Kvs 25 m³/h, stroke 11 mm.
DN50: Kvs 35 m³/h, stroke 11.5 mm.
DN65: Kvs 58 m³/h, stroke 14.5 mm.
DN80: Kvs 80 m³/h, stroke 16 mm.
Without an actuator, the valve remains open via a spring. It closes with force applied to the stem. With a thermostat, pneumatic, or electric actuator, it can close upon temperature increase. Cooling circuits require a reverse-acting electric actuator.
Installation can be vertical or horizontal. Up to 170°C, the thermostat or actuator can be mounted above or below the valve. Above 170°C, a cooling unit for the thermostat or a high-temperature adaptor for the electric actuator is required.
