Valvosider DIN – Swing Check Valve

The Valvosider DIN swing check valve is a flanged, non-return valve designed to prevent reverse flow in industrial liquid, steam, or gas pipelines. Operation is automatic: the disc opens with forward flow and closes when differential pressure drops or reverses. No actuator is required.

Construction and Materials

Standard design is full opening with bolted cover, machined disc/seat, and replaceable seat. Body/cover materials: 1.0619, 1.7363, 1.4552, 1.4408. Seat/disc surfaces: X20Cr13, X6CrNiTi18-10, X5CrNiMo17-12-2; Stellite, Monel, Hastelloy, or other alloys available on request.

Connections and Standards

Standard connection: flanged to EN 1092. Optional: BW ends, RTJ flanges, ANSI connections. Reference standards: design EN 12516, face-to-face EN 558 / EN 1298L, testing EN 12267, marking EN 19, certification EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, compliance CE / PED.

Operational Options

Available: PTFE or elastomer disc, lever with counterweight, shock absorber, locking device, integral seat, bypass, drain plug. Counterweight or damper recommended for large diameters, pump stations, or lines with transient flow conditions.
