ADLER FV4 Three-Way Ball Valve, Wafer 90°

The ADLER FV4 is a full-bore, three-way ball valve, wafer type, with 90° operation. Designed for installation between flanges, it is suitable for compact manifolds where flow selection or diversion is required without increasing installation length. Available in DN40–DN200, PN10–PN40 / ANSI 150, with ANSI 300/600 available on request.

Construction and Materials

  • Body/inserts: ASTM A105, ASTM A479 316/316L, or ASTM A351 CF8M.
  • Ball: ASTM A479 304/304L, ASTM A351 CF8, ASTM A479 316/316L, or ASTM A351 CF8M.
  • Stem: 304/304L or 316/316L, anti-blowout design.
  • Seats: PTFE, optional RPTFE.
  • Stem sealing: chevron rings PTFE/graphite, O-ring FKM on request.

Standards and Project Options

Design in accordance with ASME B16.34, EN 12516-2, full bore per ISO 14313. Flange dimensions per EN 1092-1 or ASME B16.5. Options: PED 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, fire-safe ISO 10497 / API 607, ISO 15848 Class A, antistatic device, SIL 3 capable for actuated valves.

Operational Selection

Prior to ordering, confirm the flow plan (ball drilling), especially for T-port, bypass, or tank selection applications. Position indicator, lever, and limit switches must match the hydraulic path.

Automation and Applications

Top flange ISO 5211 allows pneumatic or electric actuator, gear operator, and accessories (limit switches/solenoid valves). For DN150–DN200, gear operator is recommended. Typical media: process water, air, neutral liquids, skids, chemical networks compatible with construction materials, and feed/return selection lines.
