ADLER FT6 3-Way Ball Valve, Full Bore 90°

The ADLER FT6 is a three-way, full bore ball valve with 90° operation and T-bore or L-bore ball options. It is used for flow selection, diversion, or distribution in auxiliary and main industrial process circuits. The exact flow plan must be confirmed prior to ordering or automation.

Construction and Connections

  • Sizes: 1/4” to 2”
  • Pressure ratings: PN63 up to 1/2”, PN40 from 3/4” to 1 1/4”, PN25 from 1 1/2” to 2”
  • Threaded ends: EN 10226-1 / ISO 7-1 Rp or ASME B1.20.1 NPT
  • Design standards: DIN 3202 M3, ASME B16.34, ISO 14313
  • Top flange: ISO 5211 for actuator mounting

Materials and Sealing

Body and inserts available in ASTM A105 or ASTM A479 316/316L. Ball options: 304/304L, CF8, 316/316L, CF8M. Stem: 304/304L or 316/316L. Standard seats: PTFE, optional RPTFE. Stem sealing: PTFE/graphite chevron rings; FKM/Viton O-ring available on request.

Project Options

Available with PED 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU, fire-safe ISO 10497 / API 607, ISO 15848, antistatic device, and SIL 3 capable for actuated valves. Oxygen service: degreasing per ISO 23208.

Applications

Suitable for skids, manifolds, compressed air, process water, neutral liquids, fuels, or chemicals compatible with wetted materials. For T-port use, verify ball position, rotation direction, and limit switch requirements.
