3-Way Ball Valve 4G Ghidini 310130, L-Port Clamp

The 310130 is a stainless steel three-way ball valve with an L-port bore and 4 seals construction. Designed for flow diversion from a common line to one of two branches; not intended for mixing or proportional flow control. Features a manual stainless steel lever and clamp-type connections.

  • DIN 32676 Tab.4 Reihe C for BS/OD – ASTM A270 pipe.
  • DIN 32676 Tab.2 Reihe A for DIN 11850 pipe.
  • DIN 32676 Tab.3 Reihe B for ISO 1127 pipe.

Materials and Operating Limits

  • Body/ball/stem: AISI 316L / 1.4404; BS/OD version may use AISI 304L / 1.4307.
  • Ball seats: Modified Virgin PTFE.
  • Stem sealing: PTFE with FKM O-ring.
  • Temperature range (standard): -20°C to +170°C.
  • Sizes: 1/2”–4” or DN10–DN100.
  • Pressure: up to PN100 for small sizes, reduced to PN16 at DN100 / 4”.

Bore Selection

Available in full and reduced bore. Reduced bore should be evaluated for pressure drop, flow velocity, and potential product retention in CIP lines.

Seat Options

On request: glass-filled PTFE, carbon-filled PTFE, PTFE with stainless steel (up to +200°C), and UHMW polyethylene (up to +80°C), depending on chemical compatibility and temperature.

Applications

Suitable for skids, manifolds, food/beverage, CIP utility lines, process water, and tank or feed line selection. For hazardous area or food contact projects, ATEX and M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 options are available.
