The 3101 is a stainless steel three-way ball valve with L-port bore and four sealing seats. Designed for flow diversion from a common line to one of two branches, or for feed/return selection in auxiliary process circuits. Standard version includes a manual stainless lever, full bore, and polished external finish.
Available with ISO 228 F and NPT F threads from 1/4” to 4”, sanitary DIN 11851 from DN10 to DN100, and SMS, Garolla, Victaulic options. Pressure ratings vary by size, up to PN100 for smaller bores, derating to PN16 for larger sizes.
Suitable for process water, CIP auxiliary lines, food/beverage (with documentation), chemical solutions compatible with PTFE/FKM, and skids requiring defined flow path selection. For media prone to viscosity increase or solidification, a heating jacket version is available.
On request: antistatic execution ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db and compliance with M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004.
Is this a control valve?
No. Primarily used for isolation and diversion, not for proportional flow control.
When to select 316L?
For more corrosive media or when increased wetted-part compatibility is required.
