Valpres Radiamont 710 Carbon Steel Ball Valve

Three-piece ball valve manufactured from ASTM A352 LCB for on/off isolation in industrial piping systems. It is used where threaded or welded end connections are required and where the valve body must be removable for maintenance without cutting the pipework.

Three-Piece Construction

The three-piece design allows the centre body section to be removed for inspection, seat replacement or cleaning while the pipe ends remain installed. This is relevant in process lines where scheduled maintenance, leakage control and reduced pipework disturbance are required.

The Radiamont 710 range includes codes 710003, 710006, 710012, 710084, 710085, 710087 and 710148. Variants differ mainly by end connection type and seat material.

• PTFE seats: suitable for general isolation service with compatible liquids and gases.
• Glass-filled PTFE seats: selected where higher mechanical strength and improved resistance to seat deformation are required.
• Threaded ends: used for compact installations and removable piping assemblies.
• SW/BW welded ends: used where threaded leakage paths are not preferred.
