Genebre 2025 three-piece ball valve
The Genebre 2025 is a full-bore, three-piece ball valve with threaded BSP connections to ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1. The valve body is stainless steel CF8M / 316, with PTFE + 15% glass-filled seats, Viton stem O-ring, PN63 pressure rating and operating temperature range from -25°C to +180°C.

Valve selection logic
The three-piece construction allows access to the centre body without removing the complete valve assembly from the pipework, provided the installation has sufficient clearance and the pipe supports are correctly designed. This is relevant for maintenance, seat inspection and seal replacement.
The full-bore design reduces pressure drop compared with reduced-bore valves of the same nominal size. Selection should confirm compatibility of CF8M/316, PTFE glass-filled seats and Viton elastomers with the process fluid, pressure, temperature, cleaning chemicals and cycling frequency.
