Ghidini 5430 4G Two-Way Ball Valve

The Ghidini 5430 is a three-piece “Integral Seal” two-way ball valve with DIN 32676 Reihe C clamp ends and an ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 actuator mounting interface. It is intended for automated on/off isolation in clean stainless-steel process lines.

Applications and suitable media

Difference from Ghidini 5401

The 5401 is the manual lever-operated version. The 5430 is configured for actuation and automated valve sequencing, making it more appropriate for interlocked process lines, remote isolation, batch systems, and controlled CIP steps.

FAQ

Is this valve suitable for flow control?
No. It should be selected for fully open or fully closed service. For throttling or proportional control, a control valve or a characterized valve should be evaluated.
