In many cases, a rotary actuator cannot or must not be mounted directly on the valve without mounting accessories. Our ISO mounting bridges are designed in accordance with DIN EN 15081 / ISO 5211 and are used to connect the actuator and valve. They are available from stock at short notice in drilling patterns from F03 to F30 and are available in both galvanized steel and stainless steel.

Eurotec MBNE / MBNS Brackets
Eurotec MBNE / MBNS brackets are designed for mounting rotary actuators to valves where direct mounting is not feasible or recommended. They are used with quarter-turn valves—such as ball, butterfly, and plug valves—to ensure correct torque transmission and shaft alignment between actuator and valve.

Role in Installation
Brackets do not contact process media. Their function is mechanical: they provide the required spacing between valve and actuator, maintain concentricity, and enable proper coupling alignment.
Incorrect selection of bracket height, flange, or coupling machining can result in side loads on the shaft, increased operating torque, stem seal wear, or incomplete valve closure.
MBNE vs MBNS Selection
MBNS is used in standard industrial environments where galvanized steel is sufficient. MBNE is selected for applications requiring stainless steel, such as humid areas, water treatment, outdoor installations, or where enhanced corrosion resistance is needed.
