In many cases, a rotary actuator cannot or must not be mounted directly on the valve without mounting accessories. Our ISO mounting bridges are designed in accordance with DIN EN 15081 / ISO 5211 and are used to connect the actuator and valve. They are available from stock at short notice in drilling patterns from F03 to F30 and are available in both galvanized steel and stainless steel.

Τα Eurotec MBNE / MBNS είναι μπρακέτα προσαρμογής για σύνδεση περιστροφικού ενεργοποιητή με βαλβίδα, όταν ο actuator δεν μπορεί ή δεν πρέπει να τοποθετηθεί απευθείας στο σώμα της βαλβίδας. Χρησιμοποιούνται σε βαλβίδες 1/4 στροφής, όπως σφαιρικές, πεταλούδας και plug valves, για σωστή μηχανική μετάδοση ροπής και ευθυγράμμιση άξονα.

Ρόλος στην εγκατάσταση
Τα μπρακέτα δεν έρχονται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας. Η λειτουργία τους είναι μηχανική: δημιουργούν την απαιτούμενη απόσταση μεταξύ βαλβίδας και ενεργοποιητή, διατηρούν την ομοκεντρικότητα και επιτρέπουν σωστή σύζευξη μέσω coupling.
Η λανθασμένη επιλογή ύψους, φλάντζας ή κατεργασίας coupling μπορεί να προκαλέσει πλευρικά φορτία στον άξονα, αυξημένη ροπή λειτουργίας, φθορά στεγανοποίησης stem ή ατελές κλείσιμο της βαλβίδας.
Επιλογή MBNE ή MBNS
Τα MBNS χρησιμοποιούνται σε τυπικά βιομηχανικά περιβάλλοντα όπου η γαλβανισμένη κατασκευή επαρκεί. Τα MBNE επιλέγονται όταν απαιτείται ανοξείδωτη κατασκευή, π.χ. σε υγρό περιβάλλον, επεξεργασία νερού, εξωτερική εγκατάσταση ή εγκαταστάσεις με αυξημένη απαίτηση αντιδιαβρωτικής προστασίας.

Πότε απαιτούνται τα μπρακέτα;
Όταν οι φλάντζες βαλβίδας και ενεργοποιητή δεν συμπίπτουν ή όταν απαιτείται απόσταση για coupling, θερμομόνωση, χειρισμό ή συντήρηση.
Τι ελέγχεται στη συντήρηση;
Σύσφιξη κοχλιών, διάβρωση, ευθυγράμμιση coupling, μηχανικός τζόγος, ρωγμές και αύξηση ροπής λειτουργίας της βαλβίδας.
