Eurotec Wave Box Ex ia – κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών

Η Wave Box Ex ia είναι μονάδα ανατροφοδότησης θέσης για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Χρησιμοποιείται για σήματα open/closed προς PLC, DCS ή SIS μέσω ενδογενώς ασφαλών κυκλωμάτων. Δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας, άρα δεν επιλέγεται από PN ή Class βάνας.

Περιοχές Ex και πιστοποίηση

Κατάλληλη για Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 και Zone 22, με σήμανση:

Η πιστοποίηση αναφέρεται σε IBExU 11 ATEX 1154 και IECEx IBE 13.0042, σύμφωνα με IEC/EN 60079-0 και IEC/EN 60079-11.

Κατασκευή και εκδόσεις

Η σειρά διατίθεται με περίβλημα Vestamid ή αλουμινίου. Η βάση στήριξης είναι ρυθμιζόμενη, από ενισχυμένο πολυαμίδιο ή ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα, για τοποθέτηση σε ενεργοποιητές κατά VDI/VDE 3845. Υπάρχουν εκδόσεις EV…IA, EA…IA, καθώς και παραλλαγές με πρόσθετο χώρο ακροδεκτών ή 3D ένδειξη.

Ανάλογα με το part number μπορεί να δεχθεί:

Για μηχανικές gold contacts: Ui 30 V, Ii 15 mA, Pi 35 mW. Για διέλευση Ex ia: IIC Ui 28 V / Ii 200 mA, IIB Ui 30 V / Ii 450 mA.

Θερμοκρασία λειτουργίας

Το επιτρεπόμενο περιβάλλον εξαρτάται από υλικό περιβλήματος, αισθητήρα και θερμοκρασιακή κλάση. Για Vestamid αναφέρεται τυπικά -25°C έως +70°C. Για αλουμίνιο υπάρχουν εκδόσεις με χαμηλό όριο -55°C / -40°C / -25°C και άνω όριο έως +70°C για T6 ή έως +100°C για T4.

Η συντήρηση επιτρέπεται μόνο από εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό και με τήρηση των οδηγιών Ex εγκατάστασης.

Περιγραφή

The wave box is our classic and an absolute all-rounder. We can install everything from mechanical microswitches to inductive sensors, slot initiators, double sensors or reed switches. It is available in plastic and aluminum and comes with an adjustable mounting bridge, optionally made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or stainless steel.
