Eurotec Wave Box Ex ED / K2D / K3

Η Wave Box Ex είναι κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές 90°. Ο άξονας του κουτιού συνδέεται με τον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή και οι εσωτερικοί έκκεντροι δίνουν σήματα open/closed προς PLC, DCS ή SIS. Δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας, άρα δεν επιλέγεται από PN ή Class βάνας.

Εκδόσεις αντιεκρηκτικής προστασίας

ED – Ex db eb / Ex tb: για Zone 1, 2, 21, 22. Σήμανση II 2G Ex db eb IIC/IIB T6 Gb και II 2D Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db. Χρησιμοποιείται με 1–3 μηχανικούς Ex d διακόπτες.
K2D – Ex tb / Ex tc: για Zone 21 και 22 με καύσιμες σκόνες. Σήμανση II 2D Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db και II 3D Ex tc IIIC T80°C Dc.
K3 – Ex ec / Ex tc: για Zone 2 και 22. Σήμανση II 3G Ex ec IIC T6 Gc και II 3D Ex tc IIIC T80°C Dc. Για K3 αναφέρεται Umax 60 V AC/DC και Pmax 2,5 W.

Κατασκευή και αισθητήρες

Η Wave Box διατίθεται σε πλαστικό ή αλουμινένιο περίβλημα, με ρυθμιζόμενη γέφυρα από ενισχυμένο πλαστικό ή ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα. Ανά έκδοση μπορεί να δεχθεί μηχανικούς μικροδιακόπτες, επαγωγικούς V3 αισθητήρες, slot sensors, κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες, διπλό αισθητήρα ή reed switch.

Θερμοκρασία λειτουργίας

Για ED και K2D αναφέρεται χρήση με Vestamid -20 έως +40°C και αλουμίνιο έως +60°C, με κάτω όριο -55 / -40 / -20°C ανά υλικό, στεγανοποίηση και διακόπτη. Αντίστοιχη λογική ισχύει και για K3.

Όταν υπάρχει Zone 1 ή απαίτηση Ex db eb για αέρια.

The wave box is our classic and an absolute all-rounder. We can install everything from mechanical microswitches to inductive sensors, slot initiators, double sensors or reed switches. It is available in plastic and aluminum and comes with an adjustable mounting bridge, optionally made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or stainless steel.
