Η Wave Box είναι κουτί ανατροφοδότησης θέσης για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Ο άξονας του κουτιού συνδέεται με τον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή και οι έκκεντροι ενεργοποιούν τους εσωτερικούς διακόπτες για σήμα open/closed προς PLC, DCS ή πίνακα αυτοματισμού. Δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας.
Η σειρά διατίθεται με σώμα από πολυαμίδιο, Vestamid ή αλουμίνιο. Η γέφυρα στήριξης μπορεί να είναι από ενισχυμένο πολυαμίδιο ή ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα, ανάλογα με την εφαρμογή και το περιβάλλον εγκατάστασης. Η τοποθέτηση γίνεται σε ενεργοποιητές κατά VDI/VDE 3845.
Η Wave Box μπορεί να διαμορφωθεί με μηχανικούς μικροδιακόπτες, επαγωγικούς αισθητήρες V3, slot sensors, κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες, διπλό αισθητήρα, reed switch, ποτενσιόμετρο, πνευματικό feedback ή αναλογικό σήμα 4–20 mA, ανά part number.
Η τυπική κλέμμα δέχεται μονόκλωνο αγωγό 0,2–4,0 mm² ή εύκαμπτο αγωγό / αγωγό με ακροχιτώνιο 0,2–2,5 mm². Η απογύμνωση είναι 7 mm και η ροπή σύσφιξης 0,45–0,50 Nm. Οι έκκεντροι ρυθμίζονται στις τελικές θέσεις του ενεργοποιητή, συνήθως για περιστροφή 0–90°.
Η επιλογή δεν γίνεται από PN/Class της βάνας, αλλά από τύπο αισθητήρα, τάση, είσοδο PLC, υλικό περιβλήματος, θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος και καλωδίωση.
Η δήλωση συμμόρφωσης καλύπτει τη σειρά wave EP, EA, EV και αναφέρει (EU) 2023/1230, RoHS, EMC 2014/30/EU, LVD 2014/35/EU, EN ISO 12100, EN 60947-5-2 και EN IEC 63000. Για εφαρμογές λειτουργικής ασφάλειας υπάρχει FMEDA κατά IEC 61508.
Σε εξωτερική εγκατάσταση συνιστάται εξαεριστικό στοιχείο για περιορισμό συμπυκνωμάτων. Οι στεγανοποιήσεις καπακιού και άξονα πρέπει να αντικαθίστανται όταν φθαρούν, το αργότερο ανά 5 έτη.

It is available in plastic and aluminum and comes with an adjustable mounting bridge, optionally made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or stainless steel.
