JC Valves 6090/6050/6042 FB Trunnion Ball Valves

The 6090 / 6050 / 6042 FB series are trunnion-mounted, 3-piece forged, full bore ball valves designed for high pressure classes ASME Class 900 / 1500 / 2500. These valves are specified for primary isolation in natural gas, hydrocarbons, petrochemical processes, tank terminals, and other demanding industrial fluids.

Seat Design and Cavity Relief

Standard design is SPE – Single Piston Effect, allowing body cavity overpressure to relieve to the line. For bidirectional sealing, DPE is available, requiring external cavity pressure relief. PMSS and emergency seat/stem sealant injection options are also offered.
