Valfonta JAS Safety Relief Valves for Boilers

The Valfonta JAS series comprises full-lift, direct-acting safety relief valves designed for overpressure protection in small boilers, pressure vessels, and piping systems. These valves discharge excess fluid without auxiliary power and reclose automatically when system pressure drops below the setpoint.

Fig. 310 includes a test lever for periodic functional checks, supporting maintenance protocols.
Fig. 311 is a sealed version, suitable where containment of emissions from the mechanism to the installation area is required.

Compatible with water, liquids, compressed air, inert gases, and steam, subject to Viton seal compatibility. Typical applications include:

Supplied with conformity declaration to PED 2014/68/EU. Manufacturer holds ISO 9001:2015 and maintains ATEX technical documentation for relevant equipment.

Selection requires specification of set pressure, process medium, temperature, required discharge capacity, connection type, and preference for test lever or sealed construction. For steam service, avoid condensate accumulation at the outlet and ensure clean seating surfaces, as particulate ingress may cause leakage post-activation.
