Eyewash station with integrated protective cage and drainage basin, designed for industrial environments requiring a designated eyewash point. Unlike the BR 886 095, this configuration does not include a body shower; it is dedicated solely to eyewash operation, activated via platform mechanism.

Construction and Actuation

The cage is constructed from stainless steel tubing. Actuation is via a galvanized platform (800 x 800 mm), mechanically linked by chain and angular transmission to a 1” stainless steel ball valve. The base plate is stainless steel (200 x 200 mm) with four anchor holes for secure installation.

Eyewash Module

The integrated PremiumLine module includes a stainless steel basin, mounting height 970 mm, and two spray heads. Spray heads feature plastic dispersion plates, elastomeric eye protection, and sealed dust covers with flip-up mechanism. Flow control maintains 14 l/min within 2.5–5 bar pressure range.

Complies with EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014. Also references DIN 1988, EN 1717, DIN-DVGW/DVGW NW-0417CL0263, and GOST-R. Eyewash signage per EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3.

Maintenance

Routine checks: verify flow rate, dynamic pressure, spray head cleanliness, dust cover integrity, valve tightness, free movement of platform/chain, and basin drainage.
