Gefran TSA Pressure Transmitter
The Gefran TSA is a pressure transmitter designed for low and medium pressure ranges, utilizing a silicon piezoresistive element in a Wheatstone bridge configuration. It is primarily used in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, compressors, pumps, air filtration, packaging, and general pressure monitoring applications.

Materials and Media Compatibility
Body is AISI 304; wetted parts include AISI 316L. Product documentation also lists NBR, Viton and silicone oil fill. Media compatibility must be verified for refrigerants, air, water, technical gases, or light industrial fluids.
Outputs and Connections
Analog outputs available: 4…20 mA, 0…10 Vdc, 0.1…10.1 Vdc, 0…5 Vdc. 4…20 mA is preferred for long cable runs to PLC/BMS. Voltage outputs are used for short distances and HVAC/machine controllers.
Process Connections
Standard process connections: G 1/4 gas male DIN 3852-E, G 1/2A DIN 16288. Electrical connections: M12x1, EN 175301-801 type A/C, or shielded cable.
Installation
Transmitter body must be grounded via the machine. Use shielded cable; connect shield at connector side only, leave open at PLC/instrument side. Signal cables should be routed separately from power cables.
