Ghidini 310130C 4G Three-Way Ball Valve with Heating Jacket

The 310130C is a manually operated three-way ball valve, L-port configuration, with 4 seats, integrated heating jacket, and DIN 32676 clamp connections. Designed for flow selection between two branches; not suitable for simultaneous communication of all three ports as in T-port arrangements.

  • Seats: modified virgin PTFE
  • Operating temperature: -20°C to +170°C

  • Pressure: up to PN100 for small sizes, decreasing to PN16 for larger DN.

Clamp Variants

Valve available with clamps for:

  • DIN 32676 Tab.4 Reihe C for BS/OD ASTM A270 tube
  • DIN 32676 Tab.2 Reihe A for DIN 11850 tube
  • DIN 32676 Tab.3 Reihe B for ISO 1127 tube

Series selection must be based on actual tube OD and matching clamp gasket, not nominal DN alone.

Heating Jacket and Sealing

Heating jacket is used for media that increase in viscosity, crystallize, or solidify at low temperature, e.g. syrups, fats, waxes, resins, or temperature-sensitive chemicals.

Assembly includes 4 PTFE ball seats, 3 PTFE sleeve seals, double PTFE stem sealing, and FKM stem O-ring.

Options

On request: antistatic design ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db, M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 compliance, seats in PTFE with stainless steel up to +200°C or UHMW-PE up to +80°C.

FAQ

When is L-port preferred over T-port?
For selection between two outlets or inlets, without simultaneous mixing or splitting of three branches.

Is it suitable for automation?
310130C is manual. For actuator mounting, refer to series with ISO 5211 interface.
