3-Way Ball Valve with Heating Jacket 4G Ghidini 300130C

The 300130C is a manually operated 3-way T-port ball valve with 4 seats, heating jacket, and DIN 32676 clamp connections. Designed for flow diversion, mixing, or bypass in process lines where product temperature must be maintained within the valve body. Technical datasheets reference code 300130C, though some pages may display 310130C in the title.

  • DIN 32676 Tab.3 Reihe B for ISO 1127 tube

Selection must be based on actual tube OD, not just DN, as clamp and gasket dimensions vary.

Sealing and Application

Features 4 PTFE ball seats, 3 PTFE sleeve seals, double PTFE stem seal, and FKM stem O-ring. Heating jacket is specified for syrups, fats, waxes, resins, chocolate, or chemicals with high viscosity or crystallization risk at low temperature.

On request: antistatic design ATEX II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb / II 2D Ex h IIIC T135°C Db, M.O.C.A. CE 1935/2004 compliance, seat materials PTFE glass, PTFE carbographite, PTFE inox (up to +200°C), or UHMW-PE (up to +80°C).

When manual lever operation is required and ISO 5211 actuator mounting is not needed.
