Genebre 2025NV Analog V-Port Ball Valve

The Genebre 2025NV is a three-piece stainless steel flow control ball valve with a V-port ball and NPT threaded ends. This variant is based on the 2025V series but features NPT connections instead of ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1. It is specified where proportional flow control is required, not simple on/off isolation.

V-Port Angle Selection

The V-port angle determines available Kv and sensitivity at partial openings. V30 provides lower flow and finer control at small openings. V60 is an intermediate option. V90 offers maximum flow at full open. For DN50, Kv at 100% is 31.6 for V30, 68.4 for V60, and 131.5 for V90.

Installation and Operation

Valve has a defined flow direction and must be installed per the arrow on the body. Piping should be free of debris or weld residues; upstream filtration is recommended to protect ball and seats. Do not use the lever for tightening; use hex surfaces and limit torque to 30 Nm.
