Genebre 2026V Analog V-Port Ball Valve

V-Port Selection

V-port angle determines available Kv and flow control characteristics. V30 is used for fine regulation and lower flow, V60 for intermediate range, and V90 for maximum flow at full open. For DN50, Kv at 100% is 31.6 / 68.4 / 131.5 for V30 / V60 / V90 respectively.

Installation & Operation

Valve has a defined flow direction; install according to the arrow on the body. Piping must be clean, free of debris and welding residues. A strainer upstream is recommended to protect ball and seats.

Is this an on/off valve?
Primarily designed for proportional flow control. Shutoff is possible, but selection should be based on Kv, ΔP, and V-port angle.

What is required for selection?
Specify DN, V30/V60/V90, required Kv, medium, temperature, differential pressure, connection type, and actuator.
