ADLER FZ6 Three-Way Ball Valve, PN25–PN63

The ADLER FZ6 is a full-bore, three-way ball valve with 90° rotation and threaded connections. Available in sizes 1/4” to 2”, the body is machined from round bar stock and manufactured to DIN 3202 M3, ASME B16.34, and ISO 14313. Thread types include EN 10226-1 / ISO 7-1 Rp or ASME B1.20.1 NPT.

Pressure Ratings & Dimensions

Nominal pressure rating depends on valve size:

  • PN63: 1/4” to 1/2”
  • PN40: 3/4” to 1 1/4”
  • PN25: 1 1/2” to 2”

Full-bore design minimizes pressure drop compared to reduced bore options. Final selection should consider flow rate, differential pressure, and permissible flow velocity.

Flow Operation

Technical datasheet specifies L-bore configuration with port 1 always open. Confirm flow plan before ordering, especially for tank selection, bypass, or line switching applications.
