Genebre 2540 / 2541 Three-Way Flanged Ball Valve
The Genebre 2540 / 2541 series consists of full-bore, three-way ball valves with flanged ends according to EN 1092. Model 2540 features an L-port ball for flow diversion, while 2541 uses a T-port ball for alternative flow paths or distribution, depending on the selected flow plan.

Pressure, Temperature, and Sizes
Pressure ratings: PN40 for DN25–DN50, PN16 for DN65–DN100. Operating temperature: -25°C to +180°C (pressure derating applies at elevated temperatures per pressure–temperature curve). Kv values for flanged series range from 39 to 653 m³/h depending on size.
L-port vs T-port Configuration
L-port is used for switching a common line between two branches. T-port allows more flow combinations at 90° rotation; flow plan must be confirmed prior to installation or automation.
Automation
Top mounting pad ISO 5211 enables direct mounting of pneumatic or electric actuators. Torque selection should consider valve size, differential pressure, seat material, and operating frequency.
Applications
Suitable for process water, compressed air, neutral liquids, auxiliary networks, manifolds, skids, and feed/return line selection. For chemical media, verify compatibility with CF8M, PTFE+GF, and FKM materials.
