Valpres 720 PN16/40 Wafer Ball Valve

The Valpres 720 is a wafer-pattern ball valve for installation between DIN flanges. It is used where a compact face-to-face dimension is required and where full-bore flow is preferred to limit pressure drop across the valve.

• 721V00: stainless steel version, CF8M body with TP316 wetted components.
• 722V00: carbon steel version, A105 / LF2 construction.
• Sizes: DN15 to DN100.
• Pressure classes: PN16 and PN40, depending on size and flange drilling.
• Temperature range: -40°C to +180°C for 721V00; -20°C to +180°C for 722V00.
• Vacuum service: down to 10^-2 torr.

Variant Selection Logic

• Use 721V00 on stainless steel piping, corrosive atmospheres or fluids requiring stainless wetted parts.
• Use 722V00 on carbon steel piping where the process fluid and external environment are compatible with A105 / LF2.
• For DN65 and DN100, confirm flange drilling before ordering because separate codes may apply for PN40 execution.
