Genebre 2529 DIN PN40 Fire-Safe Ball Valve

The Genebre 2529 is a two-piece flanged ball valve, full bore, with DIN PN40 flanges. The body material is stainless steel CF8M / AISI 316, with PTFE + 15% glass fibre seats and Viton stem O-rings. Nominal pressure is 40 bar, with an operating temperature range from -30°C to +180°C, subject to pressure-temperature derating and media compatibility.

FAQ

Is this valve suitable for throttling?
It is primarily an on/off isolation valve. Continuous throttling can increase seat wear and leakage risk.

Can it be automated?
Yes. The ISO 5211 pad supports pneumatic or electric actuation after torque and service-factor verification.

What media are suitable?
