Mounting Kit Eurotec MSH01-80x30
The Eurotec MSH01-80x30 is a mounting kit designed for installation of i-box, double sensors, or angle sensors on manually operated valves. When combined with the shaft feedthrough WDF, it enables position feedback from valves lacking pneumatic or electric actuators.
Functional Role
The MSH01-80x30 does not automate the valve or transmit operating torque. It is used for mechanical support of position sensors, allowing the PLC, DCS, or local control system to receive open / close indication from a manual valve.
The 80x30 variant refers to the mounting geometry and is selected when the sensor/valve arrangement requires this specific drilling pattern.
Redundancy Capability
A second double sensor can be added for redundant position feedback. This is applied in lines where incorrect manual valve position must be detected by the control system, such as isolations, by-pass lines, auxiliary supplies, or process interlocks.

The kit does not contact process media. Media compatibility is determined by the valve and its materials of construction.
