The Eurotec MSH01-40x30 is an assembly kit designed for mounting an i-box or double sensors on manually operated valves. When used with the shaft feedthrough WDF, it enables position feedback from valves that lack pneumatic or electric actuators.
Functional Role
The MSH01-40x30 does not automate the valve or transmit operational torque. It provides mechanical support and coupling for a position sensor on a manual valve, allowing a PLC, DCS, or local control system to receive open / close status feedback.
This kit is used in process lines where manual valve position monitoring is required to detect incorrect position, unauthorized operation, or deviation from standard operating procedures.

The kit does not contact the process medium. Media compatibility is determined by the valve, not the mounting kit. Suitable for non-hazardous and hazardous areas depending on sensor and enclosure selection.
Selection Criteria
Selection depends on manual valve type, handle or shaft geometry, i-box/double sensor type, available space, and end position signal requirements. For Ex zones, suitability is determined by the switch box, sensor, cable glands, and installation method.
