Our MSH01-80x30, combined with our shaft feedthrough WDF, is a mounting kit that enables the easy installation of our i-box, double sensors or angle sensors on hand valves. It is also possible to create redundancy using a second double sensor. This means you also receive position feedback from your hand valves and protect your system from undetected vandalism.

Το Eurotec MSH01-80x30 είναι mounting kit για εγκατάσταση i-box, double sensors ή angle sensors σε χειροκίνητες βαλβίδες. Σε συνδυασμό με το shaft feedthrough WDF, επιτρέπει ανάδραση θέσης από βαλβίδες που δεν διαθέτουν πνευματικό ή ηλεκτρικό ενεργοποιητή.
Λειτουργικός ρόλος
Το MSH01-80x30 δεν αυτοματοποιεί τη βαλβίδα και δεν μεταδίδει ροπή λειτουργίας. Χρησιμοποιείται για μηχανική στήριξη αισθητήρα θέσης, ώστε το PLC, DCS ή τοπικό σύστημα ελέγχου να λαμβάνει ένδειξη open / close από χειροκίνητη βαλβίδα.
Η έκδοση 80x30 αφορά τη γεωμετρία τοποθέτησης του kit και επιλέγεται όταν η διάταξη αισθητήρα / βαλβίδας απαιτεί αυτό το drilling pattern.
Δυνατότητα redundancy
Με δεύτερο double sensor μπορεί να δημιουργηθεί πλεονάζουσα ένδειξη θέσης. Αυτό χρησιμοποιείται σε γραμμές όπου η λάθος θέση χειροκίνητης βαλβίδας πρέπει να ανιχνεύεται από το σύστημα ελέγχου, όπως απομονώσεις, by-pass, βοηθητικές παροχές ή γραμμές με διαδικαστική αλληλουχία.
