Our practical MBH mounting bridge is made of stainless steel 1.4301 and is height and width adjustable to all standardized drive drilling patterns according to vdi/vde 3845 and ISO 5211. It covers the drilling patterns 80x30mm and 130x30mm and the drive shaft heights 20, 30, 40 and 50mm. We also implement the drilling pattern 50x25mm using a separate lower part. Alternatively, this mounting bridge is also available in stainless steel 1.4571 (A4).

Eurotec VDI/VDE – MBH Mounting Brackets
Eurotec MBH brackets are adjustable mounting supports for limit switch boxes, position indicators, or feedback accessories on pneumatic rotary actuators. They are used in quarter-turn valve assemblies where mechanical adaptation is required between the actuator and feedback device.

Role in Installation
MBH brackets do not contact process media. Their function is mechanical: ensuring correct spacing, alignment, and stable support of the switch box above the actuator shaft.
Proper selection limits side loads on the feedback shaft, reduces mechanical play, and supports consistent actuation of limit switches at open/close positions.
Difference from MB
MB brackets are single-piece, fixed for a specific height and drilling pattern. MBH variants are chosen when field adjustment is required, when actuator dimensions are not fixed, or when a single bracket must cover multiple actuator series.
Standards and Certifications
Eurotec production is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 80079-34 for equipment intended for explosive atmospheres. Brackets remain mechanical support components; Ex suitability of the assembly depends on the switch box, actuator, and installation.
