Our practical MBH mounting bridge is made of stainless steel 1.4301 and is height and width adjustable to all standardized drive drilling patterns according to vdi/vde 3845 and ISO 5211. It covers the drilling patterns 80x30mm and 130x30mm and the drive shaft heights 20, 30, 40 and 50mm. We also implement the drilling pattern 50x25mm using a separate lower part. Alternatively, this mounting bridge is also available in stainless steel 1.4571 (A4).

Τα Eurotec MBH είναι ρυθμιζόμενα μπρακέτα για τοποθέτηση limit switch box, position indicator ή παρελκομένων ένδειξης θέσης επάνω σε πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Χρησιμοποιούνται σε συγκροτήματα βαλβίδων 1/4 στροφής, όπου απαιτείται μηχανική προσαρμογή μεταξύ ενεργοποιητή και συσκευής feedback.

Ρόλος στην εγκατάσταση
Τα μπρακέτα MBH δεν έρχονται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας. Η λειτουργία τους είναι μηχανική: εξασφαλίζουν σωστή απόσταση, ευθυγράμμιση και σταθερή στήριξη του switch box πάνω από τον άξονα του ενεργοποιητή.
Η σωστή επιλογή περιορίζει πλευρικά φορτία στον άξονα ένδειξης, μειώνει μηχανικό τζόγο και βοηθά στη σταθερή ενεργοποίηση των limit switches στις τελικές θέσεις open / close.
Διαφορά από MB
Τα MB είναι μονοκόμματα μπρακέτα για συγκεκριμένο ύψος και drilling pattern. Τα MBH επιλέγονται όταν απαιτείται ρύθμιση στο πεδίο, όταν δεν είναι διαθέσιμη η ακριβής διάσταση του ενεργοποιητή ή όταν πρέπει να καλυφθούν διαφορετικές σειρές πνευματικών actuator με ένα εξάρτημα.

Η Eurotec αναφέρει πιστοποίηση DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 και ISO/IEC 80079-34 για παραγωγή εξοπλισμού και προστατευτικών συστημάτων που προορίζονται για εκρηκτικές ατμόσφαιρες. Τα μπρακέτα παραμένουν μηχανικό εξάρτημα στήριξης· η Ex καταλληλότητα του συνολικού συγκροτήματος εξαρτάται από το switch box, τον ενεργοποιητή και την εγκατάσταση.
