Eurotec VDI/VDE – MB Mounting Brackets
Eurotec MB brackets are one-piece F05 mounting interfaces for direct installation of limit switch boxes or Siemens SIPART PS2 positioners on pneumatic rotary actuators. They are used on quarter-turn valves—such as ball, butterfly, and plug valves—where a rigid mechanical base is required for position feedback or indication.

- Standards: VDI/VDE 3845 and DIN EN ISO 5211
- Top interface: F05
- Actuator drilling patterns: 80 x 30 mm or 130 x 30 mm
- Actuator shaft heights: 20, 30, or 50 mm

MB vs. IMBHV / MBHV
MB brackets are single-piece, non-adjustable, with fixed drilling patterns and shaft heights. MBHV variants are adjustable in height and width, while IMBHV are compact versions for i-box or short-shaft switch boxes. MB is selected when actuator dimensions are defined and a rigid, simple mounting is required.

- Switch box or positioner interface
- Actuator drilling pattern
- Shaft height: 20 / 30 / 50 mm
- Requirement for side slot for manual override
- Ambient conditions and stainless steel requirement
MB803020 and MB803030 types include a side slot for actuator manual override access.
