Our practical IMBHV mounting bridge is made of stainless steel 1.4301 and is height and width adjustable to all standardized drive drilling patterns according to vdi/vde 3845 and ISO 5211. It covers the drilling patterns 80x30mm and 130x30mm and the drive shaft heights 20 and 30mm. Using a separate lower part, we also realize the heights 40 and 50mm or the drilling pattern 50x25mm. This version was originally developed for mounting our i-box on drives with a drilling pattern 130x30m, but also enables manual emergency operation on the drive using an open-end wrench.

Eurotec VDI/VDE – IMBHV Brackets
Eurotec IMBHV brackets are designed for mounting limit switch boxes or i-box units onto pneumatic quarter-turn valve actuators. Typical applications include assemblies with ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves, where precise alignment between actuator shaft and position indicator shaft is required for accurate feedback to process control systems.

Functional Role
Brackets do not contact process media. Selection is based on actuator interface, shaft height, and switch box type. Proper installation minimizes off-axis loads on the position indicator shaft and reduces end-position feedback errors to PLC or DCS systems.
The IMBHV variant is developed for Eurotec i-box mounting on actuators with 130 x 30 mm drilling patterns and allows manual actuator override using a standard wrench.
