A simple construction of double sensors and pucks in a uniform size is now possible. With our new WDF in combination with the MB series, you can easily equip the drives and fittings in different sizes with one and the same double sensor or puck, as the unit has an interface on the top in accordance with VDI/VDE 3845, a drilling pattern of 80x30 mm and a shaft height of 20 mm. This saves time during assembly and also brings a price advantage, as different components are no longer required from the sensor manufacturers.

Τα Eurotec MB-WDF χρησιμοποιούνται για την τοποθέτηση double sensors ή pucks επάνω σε πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές βαλβίδων 1/4 στροφής. Η διάταξη συνδυάζει τη σειρά MB με το στοιχείο WDF, ώστε ο ίδιος αισθητήρας ή puck να μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε διαφορετικά μεγέθη ενεργοποιητών.

Λειτουργικός ρόλος
Τα μπρακέτα δεν έρχονται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας. Η λειτουργία τους είναι μηχανική: εξασφαλίζουν σωστή απόσταση, κεντράρισμα και σταθερή σύνδεση μεταξύ ενεργοποιητή και αισθητήρα θέσης.
Η λύση MB-WDF μειώνει την ανάγκη για διαφορετικά εξαρτήματα ανά μέγεθος ενεργοποιητή. Αυτό είναι χρήσιμο σε συντήρηση, retrofit ή τυποποίηση αποθεμάτων για συγκροτήματα βαλβίδων με limit switch boxes, double sensors ή pucks.
Εφαρμογές
Χρήση σε αυτοματοποιημένες σφαιρικές βαλβίδες, βαλβίδες πεταλούδας και plug valves με πνευματικούς ενεργοποιητές rack & pinion ή scotch yoke. Τα σήματα θέσης χρησιμοποιούνται συνήθως από PLC, DCS ή τοπικό πίνακα για ένδειξη open / close.

Η Eurotec αναφέρει πιστοποίηση DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 και ISO/IEC 80079-34 για παραγωγή εξοπλισμού και προστατευτικών συστημάτων για εκρηκτικές ατμόσφαιρες. Η καταλληλότητα Ex του συνολικού συγκροτήματος εξαρτάται από τον αισθητήρα, το switch box, τον ενεργοποιητή και την εγκατάσταση.
