Eurotec D-Box Ex d – flameproof κουτί τερματικών διακοπτών

Η Eurotec D-Box είναι κουτί ανατροφοδότησης θέσης για βάνες με πνευματικούς περιστροφικούς ενεργοποιητές. Το περίβλημα είναι Ex d / flameproof και χρησιμοποιείται όταν οι ηλεκτρικές επαφές ή οι αισθητήρες πρέπει να λειτουργούν μέσα σε πιστοποιημένο αντιεκρηκτικό περίβλημα. Η μονάδα δίνει σήματα open/closed προς PLC, DCS ή SIS και δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με το ρευστό διεργασίας.

Αντιεκρηκτική προστασία

Η D-Box καλύπτει εγκαταστάσεις Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 και Zone 22, ανά τελική διαμόρφωση. Η σήμανση περιλαμβάνει:

Η πιστοποίηση αναφέρεται ως EPS 16 ATEX 1 031 X και IECEx EPS 16.0011 X, με πρότυπα EN/IEC 60079-0, 60079-1 και 60079-31.

Κατασκευή

Το περίβλημα είναι από αλουμίνιο χωρίς χαλκό, με Cu <0,05%. Υπάρχει και έκδοση από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα 1.4401 για περιβάλλοντα με αλατούχα ατμόσφαιρα, θειούχα αέρια ή νιτρική αμμωνία.

Διακόπτες και ηλεκτρικά όρια

Ανά part number μπορεί να δεχθεί:

1–4 μηχανικούς μικροδιακόπτες
1–4 επαγωγικούς αισθητήρες V3
1–3 slot sensors
1–2 κυλινδρικούς αισθητήρες

Τα ηλεκτρικά όρια του πιστοποιητικού είναι έως 250 V και έως 10 A, ανάλογα με τον εγκατεστημένο διακόπτη ή αισθητήρα. Το επιτρεπόμενο περιβάλλον είναι έως -55 °C…+75 °C, ανά στεγανοποίηση.

Η επιλογή δεν γίνεται από PN/Class της βάνας. Ελέγχονται:

Εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση

Χρησιμοποιούνται μόνο εγκεκριμένοι Ex d καλωδιοστυπιοθλίπτες και οι αχρησιμοποίητες είσοδοι κλείνουν με πιστοποιημένα blind plugs. Επισκευή φλογοστεγών διακένων επιτρέπεται μόνο σε συνεννόηση με τον κατασκευαστή.

Our flameproof Ex d housing is made of copper-free aluminum ( 0.05% copper content) and is therefore suitable not only for harsh environmental conditions with high demands on stability and resilience, but also for applications with salty atmospheres, sulfur gases and ammonia nitrate.
