Επιστόμιο χυτοσιδηρό JIS 10K F7307
Το JIS F7307 είναι ευθύγραμμο globe valve από χυτοσίδηρο, με φλαντζωτή σύνδεση JIS 10K, για ναυτιλιακές σωληνώσεις όπου απαιτείται χειροκίνητη απομόνωση ή στραγγαλισμός ροής. Σε σχέση με τα JIS 5K F7305/F7306, επιλέγεται όταν η γραμμή έχει υψηλότερη κατηγορία πίεσης και αντίστοιχο drilling φλάντζας JIS 10K.

Πιέσεις δοκιμής
Για διαστάσεις έως DN200, η υδραυλική δοκιμή σώματος είναι 2,06 MPa και η δοκιμή έδρας 1,51 MPa. Για DN250 και άνω, οι αντίστοιχες τιμές είναι 1,47 MPa στο σώμα και 1,08 MPa στην έδρα.

Για θαλασσινό νερό απαιτείται έλεγχος διάβρωσης, εσωτερικής προστασίας, υλικού έδρας/δίσκου και γαλβανικής συμβατότητας.
Διαφορά από F7305
Το F7305 είναι χυτοσιδηρό globe valve JIS 5K. Το F7307 είναι η ευθύγραμμη έκδοση JIS 10K, με υψηλότερες πιέσεις δοκιμής και διαφορετική φλάντζα. Δεν πρέπει να θεωρείται εναλλάξιμο χωρίς έλεγχο DN, drilling, face-to-face διαστάσεων και πίεσης σχεδιασμού.

Να επιβεβαιώνονται DN, JIS 10K φλάντζες, μέσο, θερμοκρασία, πίεση λειτουργίας, υλικό trim, φορά ροής, πρόσβαση στον χειροτροχό και απαιτήσεις νηογνώμονα. Η τεκμηριωμένη εκτέλεση είναι χειροκίνητη· δεν αναφέρεται πνευματικός ή ηλεκτρικός ενεργοποιητής στη σελίδα προϊόντος.
